Since design is the most important part of the process, it should be more expensive. I have made it cheaper to encourage clients emphasize the design phase. Shared copyright means the client and Goodman Enterprises jointly hold copyright. If the executable is sold, a percentage of the sale will go to Goodman Enterprises. If the client holds the copyright, no payment is due. |
