Technical Support

Technical support is available for the FreeClaims Project, as well as many other software packages, through the stormcentral.com website.

Technical support is purchased in one hour blocks, with each block costing $75.00.  All support services are pre-paid.

Each support incident has a twenty minute minimum, unless you have previously purchased time left on your account.

To obtain technical support, send an email to service@stormcentral.com detailing the nature of the support required, and including your contact information including phone number.  When I receive the email, I will contact you regarding payment arrangements.  Once payment is arranged and confirmed, support will be provided.

Payment Methods

PayPal - JGoodman@stormcentral.com - Preferred method.

Money Order/Cashier's Check - Payable to Goodman Enterprises

Regular Check - Payable to Goodman Enterprises

Payment by PayPal is considered confirmed when payment shows up in my PayPal account, which should be within minutes of you sending.  Payment by money order/cashier's check is considered confirmed when I receive the money order/cashier's check.  Payment by regular check is considered confirmed five business days after I deposit the check.

For example, you have a question on how to manage price databases. You shoot me an email, and purchase one hour of support by PayPal.  The question on how best to organize the folder structure for the price databases is answered in 24 minutes.  The remaining 36 minutes will remain in your support account for the next support incident.  The next day, a question arises on the Claims Diary function.  This question is answered in eleven minutes.  The twenty minute minimum does not apply and your support account would have twenty five minutes remaining.

If there are five minutes left in your support account during an ongoing incident, or five or less minutes before an incident commences, you are given the option of purchasing another hour block, or finishing as best can be done in the remaining time.
